Our testing options include the following:

Biodex Isokinetic Evaluation

The Biodex System 3 is used to test and train the knees, ankles, shoulders and elbows. Testing and exercises can be performed with a variety of methods. The Biodex System 3 provides reports that track individual progress for a full return to sports or activities, and is appropriate for all phases of rehabilitation.

Biodex Balance Evaluation

The Biodex Balance System combines high-tech exercise equipment with fun computerized games and tests to gradually regain balance to pre-injury levels.

MRS Functional Squat Evaluation

The MRS Functional Squat Evaluation is used to assist in the testing and rehabilitation of injuries to the hips, knees and ankles. This device allows individuals to replicate the full motion of a standing squat, while maintaining appropriate form and resistance. The specially designed computerized monitoring equipment allows therapists to evaluate an individual's strength and progress during rehab.

MRS Cable Column Evaluation

The MRS Cable Column Evaluation uses a system of cables and pulleys designed to assist in the testing and rehabilitation of injuries of the shoulder, spine, knee, hip and elbow. The device works collectively with computerized monitoring equipment to track progress.

Functional Movement Screening

Functional Movement Screening is a 7 item movement test to identify deficits in both mobility and stability as it relates to functional movement needed for sports. It has an optional component of corrective exercises to improve or enhance any deficits found in the screening.
